DEAJ Insurance and Investments Consulting (DEAJ Consulting) is a subsidiary of DEAJ Investments LLC (DEAJILLC).
The consulting business was created to provide professional and comprehensive insurance solutions tailored for individuals, families, and businesses on Life, Disability, Health and Accident (Medicare), and Long-term Care coverages, as well as Property and Casualty coverages. DEAJ Consulting is owned and managed by Spouses Dominic Espiritu and Divine Aranzanso Javier (DEAJ) and both are licensed insurance agents in the State of Texas.
Dominic Javier is the primary insurance agent and broker with licensed number for General Lines 3074416 with the Department of Insurance of Texas (TDI). He is certified by TDI to market and sell Small Employer Health Benefit Plans, Medicare-related Products (Advantage and Supplement), Long-term Care Insurance and Annuity Products. Currently, he is working on to be certified to as Discount Health Care Program Operator and Captive Management Registration also with TDI.

Dominic Hilario E. Javier is an accomplished executive with a strong background in the Oil and Gas industry and Convenience Retailing. He has demonstrated the ability to effectively grow the retail and commercial networks and consequently the brand of the oil companies he has worked for in countries like the Philippines (Caltex Inc., Chevron Corporation and Total Oil Corporation), Thailand (PTT Oil Corporation), Indonesia (PT AKR Corporindo) and Central Africa (Zambia, Tanzania and DR Conggo for SGC Investments Limited) for the past 24 years.
He has Acquired global competencies in Marketing, Sales and Account Management; Business Development, Brand Development, Risk Assessment; Safety, Health and Environment Management, Retail Network, Property and Site Selection Development; Project Management; Dealer and Employee Training; Dealership and Sales Contract Management; Change and Conflict Management; and Financial Management.
He has established a solid and reputable career in the Oil and Gas industry as a Business Consultant in various levels.
Presently, he owns and manages DEAJ Investments LLC, a vending machine operator and micro-market provider servicing the Dallas-Fort Worth and Denton Counties (DFW) in Texas. He also extends consultancies to companies getting involved in energy sectors specifically in the oil and gas industry.
After acquiring his insurance license in September 2023, he has decided to help individuals, families and business people like himself in securing insurance coverages at reasonable prices and investment products at intelligent tolerable risks.
